HALO-Flight’s new aircraft is a game-changer for emergency medical transport. It is fully equipped with a Helifab EMS interior, featuring patient and isolette transport litters, an AC electrical system, and all necessary medical systems (oxygen, suction, and air).
This aircraft is capable of operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), allowing us to provide state-of-the-art care in adverse weather conditions. As our Executive Director, Tom Klassen, noted, this capability is a "transformative change for the air medical industry."
