HALO-Flight, Inc. welcomes Heather De La Cruz Selim, a lifelong resident of South Texas, as Director of Marketing.
Executive Director, Tom Klassen, stated, “Heather brings a wealth of experience to HALO-Flight, including a passion for serving our South Texas community.”
Heather previously served as a Marketing Specialist at CHRISTUS Spohn Health System, where she oversaw the marketing needs of the facilities, in addition to providing communications support throughout the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining CHRISTUS Spohn, Heather was the Communications Coordinator for the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, the Island University. In this role, she proudly managed the commencement ceremonies and helped thousands of Islanders, and their families, celebrate their achievements. Heather earned her Master of Arts degree in Communication from the Island University in 2018.
“HALO-Flight’s life-saving mission has had a personal impact in my life, and the lives of so many others. I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve an organization that provides much more than emergency transportation,” said Selim.
