We are proud to announce that HALO-Flight, Inc. has been awarded the Safety Management Statement of Compliance from Baldwin Safety & Compliance, a nationally recognized authority in aviation safety management systems.

This achievement reflects HALO-Flight’s unwavering commitment to operational safety and regulatory excellence. As the only nonprofit air ambulance provider in South Texas with a comprehensive and formally recognized Safety Management System (SMS), HALO-Flight continues to lead the region in safety leadership, transparency, and accountability.

Our SMS is fully aligned with ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Document 9859, applicable 14 CFR Part 5 requirements, and international best practices. It incorporates the four foundational components of safety management:

• Safety Risk Management
• Safety Assurance
• Safety Promotion
