Lifesaving stories accumulated over three decades and from all the corners of the Coastal Bend are daily reminders of some of the reasons to celebrate HALO-Flight.

Friends like you are the reason that this year, HALO-Flight is celebrating 33 years of life-saving service to South Texans.

HALO-Flight’s mission of caring for our critically ill or injured neighbors, families and friends – regardless of their ability to pay – has been the guiding principle since 1987. A handful of South Texans committed themselves to making sure loved ones were able to get prompt higher levels of care no matter how far away they were from that care.

Today, HALO-Flight works to protect over a million South Texans in over 28,000 square miles of watch on a 24 hour a day basis.

Rapid response bases are located strategically in Alice and Beeville transporting and treating patients en route to trauma centers all across South Texas. Special, dedicated services for children are provided by HALO-Flight to the Driscoll Children’s Hospital’s Transport Team with a 24-hour aircraft and pilot at CCIA.

Celebrating HALO-Flight’s service is really a celebration of life. Lives saved by the Mission of HALO-Flight are the reason for the celebration.

Please join us in continuing this vital work by becoming a recurring donor during this 33rd Anniversary Campaign. Sharing your support on this appeal is easy; simply, indicate below what giving level works best for you.

And, know that your gift is saving lives every day.
