HALO-Flight recently had the distinct honor of representing South Texas at the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) Annual Meeting in Omaha, Nebraska, held in late October.
We are incredibly proud to announce that HALO-Flight was recognized as one of the nation's premier organizations, being named one of eight finalists for the prestigious Program of the Year Award!
This award is a testament to the dedication of our entire team, as it honors an emergency medical transport service that exemplifies excellence in patient care, leadership, safety, innovation, and community impact. To be counted among the top programs in the country is a huge validation of the quality of care and commitment our crew provides every single day.
In addition to the organizational recognition, our CEO, Travis Patterson, was named one of nine finalists for the Excellence in Transport Leadership Award.
This award celebrates a leader in air and ground critical care transport for exceptional knowledge, visionary leadership, safety, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the medical transport community. This personal recognition reflects his dedication to advancing HALO-Flight’s mission and ensuring our service remains best-in-class.
It was a great honor and pleasure to attend the AAMS event and connect with the best in the air medical field. While we ultimately did not take home the top prizes this year, we are extremely grateful and proud to have been named top finalists for these highly competitive industry awards.
This recognition fuels our commitment to continuous excellence as we continue to serve South Texas.
